Dr. Idrees Khan is PhD in Molecular Biology/Virology and post doctorate in viral hepatitis from CDC USA.Currently he in Group Leader of Molecular Virology Group at CEMB. Previously, he was the founding Incharge of CAMB Molecular Diagnostics, first state-of-the-art lab in public sector. Dr. Idrees is highly trained in molecular Diagnostics got training from several countries most notable France and USA. He has more than 15 years’ experience in field or research with special emphasis on blood born diseases particularly Hepatitis and tuberculosis being the two major public health problems. He conducted various research studies and published more than 100 articles in peer reviewed impact factor international journals.
